I haven't been to the new practice, but I used to see Dr. Woolridge and Rick at another practice in Prattville when we lived there. They both take time to listen to you and find a solution! Rick is the one who finally believed me when I had meningitis after the ER sent me home TWICE telling me I had a migraine and showed no symptoms of meningitis and treated me like someone seeking drugs. Great doctors that really care about their patients!!
Your sign says you are open 7a-7p. When I arrived with a sick 24 month old at 1850 (because he started wheezing) I knocked on the door because it was locked. Even though there were two people inside, no one came to the door. Once I called they told me they lock the doors 15 minutes prior to closing. This is false advertisement. You need to change your sign from 7-7 to 7-645. I would have kept driving and would not have taken my sick child out in the cold weather any more than I had to.
