Dr. Rick & the entire staff are awesome. They take such good care of my kids. My daughter was in there recently & had to get fluids from being dehydrated. The way they took care of her made my heart full of joy! THANK YALL, from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my baby!!
I also used to use Dr. Wooldridge, but I will not return to Baptist "Convenient" Care. I arrived at the Prattville location with my daughter at 5:45 today (Sunday) to have her treated for a sinus infection. She had been out of town over the weekend, and I drove her to the doctor's office as soon as she got back into town. The posted hours for the Prattville location of Baptist "Convenient" Care on Sundays are noon-6:00. The door was locked. I received excellent care and everyone showed genuine concern for my ailments. Dr. Lauderdale said I needed to be admitted into the hospital.....he sent my records to the hospital with instructions for a direct admitt. It was so good to not have to go through ER like usual. Thank you Baptist Convienent Care!
Both Dr Woolridge and Rick Lauderdale are great, I see Lauderdale more often and he is always great to take care of me for colds/flu or maintenance visits for blood pressure etc.
Dr. Rick stitched up Mason's finger last year when he fell and cut it. When Carson had the flu he was awesome in getting him everything he needed. Great staff and great care. Love this place.
I HAVE TAKEN MY MOTHER HERE TWICE THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK ARE RUDE AND DONT TRY TO HELP ELDERLY CUSTOMERS EVEN USING THEIR CELL PHONES AFTER MY GIRLFRIEND TOLD ME HOW THEY WHERE WHEN I WENT TO ASK THEM WHICH ROOM MY MOM WAS IN AFTER THEY COULD HEAR ME AND HER TALKING SHE HAD A SMURK ON HER FACE NOT SURE IF IT WAS COMING FROM HER HEARING THE CONVO OR WHATEVER SHE HAD GOING ON ON HER CELL BUT ETHER WAY ATLEAS PUT THE PHONE DOWN AND HELP THE ELDERLY PEOPLE DONT JUST THINK THEY KNOW ��
