The only thing that was bothersome was some teenage boy in the room with the hygienist and the doctor. Why was he there making jokes with everyone about his girlfriend and looking in my mouth all at the same time. It was distracting for me as the patient. I should have been told who he was and why he was in the room
I am 72 years old and Dr Pham is the best dentist I have ever had. I hate to go to the dentist. He is patient, gentle and understanding. Of course, he also does excellent work on my teeth.
Dr Pham is THE best and will never go anywhere else for my dental needs!!! Thank you Dr. Pham for working me in on such a short notice!!
From the moment I enter Pham Dental Care, I feel like the staff is genuinely happy to see me again. During this last visit, I received exceptional care from Dr. Pham, his assistant, and the hygienist. Though going to the dentist can sometimes be overwhelming, they are experts at putting patients at ease and helping to make it a positive experience.
Everyone is always friendly and professional. Love the new building, open and calming atmosphere.
Great service, great doctor. One of the easiest tooth removal in my experience. And very quick and great job on tooth implant. Recommend.
I am relieved to have that consultation weeks ago. While I still am waiting on my Health Insurance, I am doing what was suggested and there hasn't been anything overly worrisome; no more stress from unexplained things. On the bad side, is that things won't change till I get covered (which will take 5 more months as quoted).
I could not be more pleased with Dr Pham and the entire staff at Pham Dental. They are warm and friendly, and really know how to proceed, no matter what our dental needs are. One stop shopping for everything which makes it so nice. You don't have to go to other providers for the "tougher situations". I can speak for both my husband and myself when I say that this is the ONLY place where will go for dental care in Portland! They are AWESOME!!
