Amazing experience from the moment I walked in; from the front desk staff, to the very kind Dr. Pham who did a complete exam, and finally ending with the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. I walked away with cleaner teeth, a huge smile on my face from all of their kindness, and a full written list of backpacking/hiking suggestions from the hygienist who I told I had a backpacking trip planned for the weekend but the location had just fallen through due to the weather conditions. My experience with wisdom teeth extraction was as unpleasant as could be; but Dr. Pham and his employees worked to be as efficient and comforting as possible. My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. and I was sitting in an exam room filling out my initial paperwork at 8:01 a.m. From there, my x-rays were taken and the process began right away. My wife and I love Dr. Pham and the whole team there. They are happy, professional and set you at ease in every process, even the hard ones.
I was very pleased with my recent experience with Dr. Pham and his office team. The technology was state of the art and the people were helpful and friendly. The followup to my visit was remarkable.
