A bit disappointed that I didn't get my teeth cleaned on my first visit, which was what I expressed when I phoned in to schedule my initial appointment. Instead, when I arrived I was told I needed to have X-rays done and a full evaluation. This process ended up taking nearly an hour, where I was told I needed to have deep-cleaning done. This was because after evaluating my x-rays the hygienist and dentist (not Dr Pham) informed me that I had slight bone loss and half a dozen or so 5mm pockets in my gums. Enjoyable trip to the dentist sound strange? Not when you are when you are talking about Dr. Pham and his team. Just had my check up and cleaning. Always a good experience.
My wife and I have been going to Pham Dental for many years and even though we moved to the Oregon coast about two hours away, we still return to Pham Dental for our Dental work. We would not go anywhere else. Knowledge and trust are important to us and we know first hand that Dr. Bao Pham has the dental knowledge and we trust him explicitly in developing a treatment plan that works for us. Dr. Pham's cheerful disposition as well as the great staff at his office make going to the dentist a lot easier.
