I broke my front tooth and called to see when I could be seen. I had an appointment within 2 1/2 hours of my call. I arrived 30 min early and was sen within a few minutes of arrival. X-ray was taken, options for repair was discussed in a prompt and comforting manner. I was shown the exact cost of the entire visit, what my insurance would pay and what my cost would be. Welcoming, efficient and very competent office staff. Beautiful, clean office. Dr. Pham was soft spoken, respectful, attentive, very thorough in his examination of my teeth and gums, and made me feel like he was genuinely interested in my dental health.
I have been seeing Dr. Pham since I was in high school (10 years). He's a knowledgeable, friendly and gentle dentist. He gets to know all his patients on a personal level and has a great bedside manner. He has his own practice and it's important for me to support small, local businesses. I used to go to Gentle Dental, but Dr. Pham is more straightforward and will never overcharge you or recommend any unnecessary dental work. Everything was wonderful from the moment we stepped into your office. The Secretary was so friendly and made us feel soooo comfortable. The Dr. was great. It was a pretty pleasant experience--for having a tooth pulled. Would recommend your office for sure!!!!!!!
I would not trust anyone besides Dr. Pham.
