Stop in store regarding my item that I purchased online and the store manager Jamarkis was very nice understanding and accommodating even though the item I had inquiring about was purchased online at the banter website and not at this particular store he was will to replace my item in store if that’s what I wanted he reassured me that the item I purchased was in fact the actual item I wanted and purchased he also helped me with other items with in my budget and he smelled good as well 10/10 highly recommend
Great customer service! Jamarkis was very helpful and attentive. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He presented us multiple options and made our shopping experience very pleasant. Will be returning to this specific location.
I stopped by the store with my daughter and the manager, Jamarkis, was so incredibly helpful! He helped us pick out my daughter's first pair of earrings and he eased her through her fears of actually getting her ears pierced. Also a few weeks later when we went back to have her ears cleaned and to change the earrings he was there to help us with choosing some additional styles that would be in our budget and appropriate for her age. This way is an amazing experience all the way around and we're so grateful to him!
Stopped last Saturday to look for a chain for my boyfriend and everyone one was incredible such a great staff everyone is so sweet and fun I will definitely be back.
We had an amazing experience with Candace tonight! My girls and I all got our ears pierced, and Candace made the process smooth and stress-free. She’s a true professional—quick, precise, and so gentle that the piercings were practically painless. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to get pierced!
