We booked 2 needle piercing appts online, which was offered as an option at this location, got there and were told they don’t do needle piercings, even though it was offered and we had booked that. Super bummed. Very friendly staff though!
If I could leave zero stars I would. My daughter and her friends went to go get a piercing, and the lady working in the counter literally ignored them for a solid five minutes, and when they finally asked about getting their ears pierced, the young lady simply said no, and turned around and continued to play on her phone and watch TikTok’s. No explanation or anything. She simply did not want to get out of her chair to assist them. Jamarkis and Sam pierced my daughters' ears yesterday. My eldest daughter got a second piercing on her lobes. My youngest daughter got her first-ever lobes piercing. My youngest was all confidence about getting her ears pierced... until we got there. She suddenly was incredibly nervous about how it might feel. Jamarkis and Sam were amazingly patient and empathetic in this situation. They spoke encouragingly to her and had a number of strategies to help her get through her nervousness. EDIT: My original review was wrong and, as I've been told by EVERYONE in my life, the Banter by Piercing Pagoda kiosk DOES open at 11:00AM and NOT 10:00am as I previously stated. I would like to apologize and say that my family and I will be back during appropriate business hours. Again, I am sorry to the young lady working.
