Poor follow-up and communication from this organization, particularly from Scott Shambley.I wanted to acquire an insurance quote from him, so I contacted. (Filled out all the form per his requested) he told us to give him a week to get back, and he has never gotten back to us. fortunately, I found a quote from another source. Consider the scenario when you phone them and, after selling you insurance, they never pick up.

Scott Shambley who is a new agent who started working for the Bannister and associates few months ago is very knowledgeable helpful and best agent I dealt with in very long time. Since I am with the same agency for almost 25 years I can say he is a best new agent for Bannister and associates managing my Auto, home and Umbrella.
