After a great meal there last year on New Years, we thought we'd do it again this year. We called three different times to get a reservation for our family for New Years Eve, were blown off, told to call back, and talked to someone incredibly inept who "wasn't allowed to take reservations." In the end we were told to walk in. When we called about walk in availability tonight we were very rudely told they had no walk in availability. Thanks Bannings! So much for starting a new family tradition.

The atmosphere is great and so is the food but the people have a lot to be desired. Including the one owner who is always in there. They are rude when they talk to you, and then talk about u like you can't hear them. What a shame. Unless u are one of their regulars you are going to get treated like crap. What a shame. They have 1 sweet bartender but that's it.

A 4 o'clock reservation and went in and dinner menus were on the table which was snatched up stating dinner wasn't served until 5. I guess 11 people ordering at about 435 didn't justify dinner a little early. 1 person was running a little late and we were told we had to start ordering our drinks and felt like we rushed along. We had to ask for sweetner for our tea at least 2 times which we finally got after about 20 minutes.
