Tomato Fennel Soup with grilled cheese croutons was amazing! Blackened Chicken Salad was awesome! The Creme Brûlée and brownie sundae was oh so good!
Always a great experience at Banning. Their dinners are exceptional and lunch is delicious and affordable!

We waited over an hour for a burger! It wasn't busy and 4 other groups came in, ordered, ate, and left before we got our food. We ended up having to request it to go. Horrible experience and the food wasn't worth the price

Tavern? Bar food? NOT! Perhaps the best seared scallops I've ever had. The spicy risotto rounded out the dish flawlessly. Others at our table had shrimp and grits as well as the salmon. No one was disappointed. We travel the country and the world and not sure when I'll be back in the area but am definitely looking forward to it!! The banana cream pie was also excellent. The service and attitude was right on par with the taste and quality of the food. Bravo!
