It's clear from their reviews that they either get it spot on...or horribly wrong. Unfortunately, we were in the category of "terrible experience". Be very cautious.

Worst company ever! Dishonest practices and incompetent shipping department. I was guaranteed delivery of a custom designed banner for a clients wedding day on the 20th and didn't receive my order till the next day. They stated several times I was guaranteed delivery by the 20th. Then the night of the 20th I called freaking out and they guaranteed me delivery by 9am the following day. Horrid customer service and 100% untrustworthy. Needed a table runner for an exhibition but Banner Buzz couldn't even locate my order on the date it was supposed to be delivered. The date of the exhibition came and went and I didn't need the table runner anymore, so I just cancelled my order. They never did find out where my table runner was...nor did anyone care to find out. Entrust your business to Office Max or Staples....they might have pricier products, but at least you will get your order. Lesson learned here....will n... read more

Ordered a decal for our front door. Requested inside application and my logo required white printing - they printed white on the wrong side, therefore making the logo look great on the inside (with mirrored text), but completely invisible from the outside. After supplying SEVERAL photos showing what was wrong, they are insisting the product is good and refusing to replace or refund. DO NOT USE BANNER BUZZ!!
