I spent over $900 with them and they did not ship one of the 12 window signs that I ordered. I called to let them know and they refused to print and ship my missing window sign or to give me a $52 refund for what I had already paid for. I will take my business else where. I will go someplace that values replete customers and understand what customer service really is. I found https://www.signs.com/ that offers the same product at the same price as Bannerbuzz but with better customer service.

BannerBuzz is a company-liar! Dont do any business with them! They are not responsible for their products and their managers/representatives lie to people. If their product will cause demage for your property, they will never get any responsibility

Ignore the joke 5* reviews on their site and offers of a discount code which never arrives - do not be tempted to use these jokers. The whole process is clunky right. You keep getting messages saying the banner has been printed or even delivered when it's still in transit between India where they print and Dubia - they don;t let you know it's going to be late and their customer service jis a joke - my banner is now several days later, I wonl;t be accepting delivery and I will get the card company to charge the amount back - ... read more

I ordered 3 banners for various events for my company. We order banners fairly often, so we were looking for other suppliers that could deliver quickly. I ordered an 8'x8' backdrop for already existing 8x8 frames. We receive the banners promptly, but the backdrops do not fit on our stand. We measure and the backdrops are actually 7.5'x7.5' and the material does not stretch so there isn't a way to get them on the stand. poor customer service "business cad 14pt business card quality of 14pt. Cardstock Gloss is really poor. try to avoid this kind of business card because any business deserve this quality. offer best quality products, customer does not care about the money , we are looking for the quality and service first. My art work receive wrong , they printed up side and down, im contacted them and they dont want to help to resolve the problem."

I just got my order, and the quality of product is awful and cheap, and I do not recommend it at all. Even if you think its a cheap price its not worth using. Also, they charged me 360.00 dollars and then only shipped half my order. So now I have to deal with a overseas customer service rep.. Awesome Sauce.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They make errors and then promise you that they'll fix it. Then they don't and they say it's not their fault and they won't refund your money. They're crooks. READ THE REVIEWS. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!
