I am not a fan of going to the doctor and avoid Urgent Cares usually by all means but... Glad I went here. No wait, no run around. Got me in, got checked out and assessed my needs. Then gave me the meds I need to fight my sickness. Very clean environment. And friendly staff! Thanks!
Providers and staff 4stars Cleanliness of exam rooms 0stars. Coming into an exam room with table paper torn and otoscope probe covers on the exam bed is not very sanitary. I've been here two times in evening the last several months and both times I've have a dirty exam rooms. I wish there was a way to add pictures to my review. Wiping down the exam table and changing table paper after every patient is very important. It is one of the smallest yet visual part of cleaning the room. Took my Son there because his belly button was dripping blood. "Doctor" said maybe it's a scratch, REALLY! A) Scratches don't drip blood for two days and B) When I cleaned it pre-urgent care with alcohol, he would have been screaming. Sooooooo, I am sure I will receive some ridiculous bill for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. To boot, my Son mentions that it smells, "doctor" said, "I couldn't smell poop if it was right under my nose". Don't come to this place for urgent care. Paid my bill in full the first time I got the bill in the mail. The next week I got another notice so called urgent care and was assured I wouldn't get anymore notices. By the four notice it went to collections. I am in the process of buying a new house and I really hope this doesn't interfere with my credit score. Staff in billing is very rude too.
