The nurse was nice. The doctor was rude. I came in with a knee injury and my knee is still painful and swollen. They did x-rays and assumed because there was no break that everything is fine. Didn't care that I'm in severe pain didn't care that each step I take feels like my knee is going to snap. Had to walk a long distance from the old ED entrance to the new one. Is it legal to drug a patient in the ER and then attempt to force her to pay the entirety of her bill on the spot without providing her with any sort of itemized list of charges? I felt bullied while in a very vulnerable position. The lady with whom I dealt was the rudest person I've ever encountered at a medical facility -- she should not be kept on your staff. TERRIBLE experience. I will never be back. (By the way, this is the only negative review I have ever made on any website about any business of any kind.)
