The security need to have sympathy! They are not police officers! It's very rude how they treated a elder. They have no idea what someone is going thru being here at the hospital!! SHAME ON THEM!

I waited for 6 weeks for records to be sent to proper dept. At the VA. I could have had better service in Vietnam. I had the ball dropped so many times I thought they were the Harlem Globe trotters. Will never go here again.

This 'was' by far my favorite hospital until I was admitted for observation from the ER in early hours of 5/15! In a attempt to help them determine what was going on I bought 3 recent (2-5/'18) scans. Initially I saw a male Dr. (Smith?) for what was going on then a female Dr. took over. I explained what was going on and offered her 3 sets of recent scan results (2 from pain management & 1 from my cardiologist [the day after he put in a referral for a surgeon for me]). My brother is currently at this hospital and I am so blessed that they have given him the premier touch. All the docs and nurses are incredible.

I was admitted to the center on 4/2/18 for a bilateral pulmonary embolism. Shortly after being admitted I was taken for successful emergency surgery. After a 13 day stay I was discharged. The care I received while there was outstanding. The staff constantly inquired if I needed anything and when I did made sure I received it immediately. I cannot praise the Doctors, Nurses, CNA's and support staff enough. Thank you all very much!!!
