RecommendedBanner Health is a amazing hospital,I currently have my son in the NICU due to his birth defect and the nurses,doctors and surgeons have taken great care of him and all very kind, hardworking and explain any issue or medical item without leaving me in the dark,I came from out of town here in Phoenix to deliver my son and it was truly appreciated than what my home town couldn't do for him.
Great caring staff. They care about you and make sure your comfort level is #1.
Worst ER experience. Staff does not care about pain level or medical history. They basically tell you to shut up sit down and wait. It’s been 3 hours and I’m still waiting. Steer clear of this hospital.
Trauma bay surgeons/staff were excellent. Some of the night shift staff on the floor were friendly & caring. However, the CNA assigned to me did not seem to know what he was doing, & I overheard him laughing at me outside my room. When I informed the nurse what had happened, she tried to downplay the issue, but she did finally assign a different CNA to my room. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gastroenterologists, Dr Kumar & Dr Guha have been the biggest BREATH OF FRESH AIR! Susan, the nurse in the outpatient GI clinic and also Michael, the nurse working in the observation unit today went the extra mile for us and I am so grateful for the CARE & COMPASSION.
This hospital is the best I have ever been to. I was transported there because of a premature amniotic sac rupture and let me tell you everyone in Labor and delivery, Ante-partum, and the NICU are amazing. I have not had one nurse or doctor that hasn't gone above and beyond for me, my baby and my husband. The nurses and doctors really care about your wellbeing and comfort. 10/10 Definitely recommend.
Your maxillofacial team just had me fast for a surgery today, kept me in the room alone for 45 minutes, starting talking about a tool they needed, cut me up, anyways and aborted the surgery because they realized they did need this tool after all. They said no biggie and started stitching me up without saying much. They said they might order a new tool in a week or two. Do you think I want to cut up unnecessarily?
