Worst experience with a Hospital ever. Incompetent service/follow up/communication. At one point we're literally staring at the paperwork from our visit and they are telling us we didn't go there, and maybe we meant the hospital down the street. Does that mean your not going to bill us as well? Hung up on multiple times, while a sick person is trying to make a follow up appointment that you were supposed to do. Unacceptable and would not go back. Avoid.

The very best of everything great people taking care of your family
This hospital is absolute trash. They had my Ma sitting in her own urine for hours on end. She arrived covered in blood and refused to give her a gown or provide any help cleaning. Refused to provide any assistance and also neglected her for hours on end. On top of that, after having to clean up our own mother on arrival, the nurse had the boldness to get defensive that they were busy, and 1:30AM. When I had arrived, they were sitting around talking football. Absolute disgrace.
The ICU floor 6, have awesome nurses. Everyone was so carrying and helpful. I wouldn’t have made it without their support. ENT and ID department saved my husbands life. Thanks so much
