My daughter was admitted there for study of her psychogenic non-epileptic seizure disorder, and was nastily treated by a nurse, her “sitter” was removed from her, told by a nurse during group sessions to remove herself during a seizure since it disrupts the class, a patient hid a shank in a bookshelf but didn’t go to jail for it. A dangerous, uncaring place. Still struggling with possibly suing the place.😡Told by a nurse my daughter is faking her seizures. I hate Banner.
Learn how to schedule appointments. Learn how to call patients when you have changed their appointment. Make sure your staff (especially scheduling knows what they are doing. HORRIBLE!!
I was There in the emergency’s and the staff was very competent friendly I felt very secure Banner was and is the best Place to go in need ....I very proud for my ❤️💜❤️children’s dit the rotation and also worked Until they opened their practice .... 🙏✌️thanks Banners and all the wonderful staffs 👋🙏💕🙋🏻♀️💕 I
Banner Health Phoenix is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever had the pleasure of being admitted to.
right I'm dissapointed with the we I've been waiting to see a nurse or a Dr and ive been waiting almost 1and a half people come in 10minutes later another patient comes in and the nurse and Drs see them I can't rate this hospital high enough like I used to no one hasn't even came and checked on me but they check on the lady next to me I'm dissapointed with banner university
Thank you to all the staff...nurses, drs, etc. that helped my love through his Defibrillator/pacemaker transformation yesterday. We really appreciate your kindness & patience! As a caregiver to not only my love as a Massive heartattack/defib/pace recipient...but also as a caregiver for a diabetic/stroke mother & Parkinson’s father...I think the ‘menu’ needs to be revamped for basic health reasons of patient. Jmho. Other than a 1 size fits all meal, every one was spot on. Tyvm!
The Banner Health OB Checkin Center on 12th St and McDowell Rd in Phoenix has the worst, most rude and unprofessional staff I have dealt with in years. My wife who is 20 weeks pregnant was instructed by her primary OBGYN to go there to have our unborn child evaluated because she is very sick right now and they refused to allow me “ The father” back into the exam room because I had our other small child with me. She told me only 1 person is allowed back with the patient at a time. Our small child should not count as a person ... read more
