The surgery experience was fine but dealing with billing has been a nightmare. I had to prepay for my 2 surgeries. Of course costs before the actual surgery are apparently a guess. I made a prepayment then almost immediately a partial refund was posted to my credit card. Much later I received a bill for close to what the refund was. Many of the amounts listed on the bill did not correlate with any actual transactions and/or show as anything identifiablely run thru insurance. I was very nervous about having cataract surgery on both eyes. Being 78 years old and never before having surgery, it was scary. First one was with Claire and second one was with Juanita and it was incredible. I was assured all the way through and very relaxed. The end results were terrific and I can see forever. Thank you Banner employees for your great service and wonderful attitudes. You made my day twice!!!
The surgery team was absolutely amazing!
Another Banner fail. If you want your surgery cancelled here is the place to go or any of the other Banner facilities. I know they could reschedule my surgery for Friday but they keep saying they cannot. My surgery has been postponed 2 times , you would think someone would do something to make sure I am getting the care I need. Nope not here. If my insurance would let me go elsewhere I would.
