Every time that I come to Bannai Family Dentistry, I am greeted with a friendly welcome as I walk in the door. The staff is not only friendly, but very competent. My hygienist Lorraine is excellent! Dr. Bannai is always personable, and does a great job explaining my dental health (reviewing x-rays, etc.). Everyone makes sure you are always comfortable during your cleaning or any procedure. Really enjoyed my first visit. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Dr Bannai spent a good amount of time answering all my questions and getting to know me. Happy with my decision in choosing him as my dentist.
It’s really nice to walk into a professional practice and be greeted with a welcoming recognition “Good Morning Chris, it’s nice to see you today. How are you?” Even if the staff don’t care, the personalization as a client enters is a very nice touch. But unlike many places, where only one person goes out of their way to greet you, all the staff are very pleasant and happy to see you.
