I went for just a trim long layers simple hair cut only been 3 mos since last hair cut with Courtney. Ended up with one side being visibly longer and my the layers are much shorter than i wanted. I am so disappointed out of three hair cuts i have received from Bankz salon i have had to get two of them fixed. I was given the option to come back and get it fixed when really i want a refund so i can go get my hair fixed somewhere else. I paid $35 for a hair cut i dont like and i am really not one to worry about my hair too much... read more
