I'm sure BankNewport is awesome, but I wonder if they, or their ad producers know that the VO artist for their radio spots is only getting $375 per spot and Voices(dot)com is keeping the rest in fees for nothing more than sending an email. We heard that Voices(dot)com accidentally revealed this today on their site. BankNewport deserves better.
Generally a very good experience, but I've been asking them to get in the 2016 world and enable Apple Pay for years, nothing happens.
I love bank Newport. I use them for all my business & personal accounts. When I call about any issue or concern they are quick to fix it or help me through it. They focus on personal Service which is rare to find in a bank today.
After banking with them for more than a 10yrs they refused to make their wrong right when I had trouble with their mobile app. Their app error resulted in me being charged a fee. Because they couldn't "duplicate" the problem the branch manager in the North Tiverton location made no attempt to fix it. They love to flood the town with there charitable work but when it comes to customer service to their own customers they simply don't care!!
