The people working here are awesome. My wife accidentally inserted her card into the machine when they were servicing it and couldn’t get it back. We were 1000 miles from home, traveling through and needed cash. They put in maximum effort to help and got us back on the road.
Worst customer service of any bank I have ever walked into! I just moved to Gillette and have a loan with bank of the west so figured I would use them for my banking. I walked in spent 20 minutes while they waited on 2 yes 2 customers in front of me and then was told they couldn’t open a checking and savings because they only had 3 people there.
Worst customer service. Gave account number, was on hold 1 hour 15 minutes waiting for a customer service representative, then was told I was sent to the wrong department and placed back on hold, not sent to another person!
Best bank in town
I went to Bank of the West today to open an account. They told me to come back on Friday (it’s Tuesday). There were no other customers in the office, 2 people working and the person who opens accounts was there.... Decided to take my business to US Bank where they helped me right away.
