The Bank of America business card that they give out has a different account number then what is on the card. The only way to pay your card (since all of the card numbers are disabled when calling by phone or going online) is to speak to a representative. The wait times are longer than 20 minutes, and the automated call back feature doesn't work.
They are thieves, I have an account which I signed up for in 2009. I hadn't checked it for years as I wanted to have it in case I ever needed it. I went to check it last month and they had taken thousands of dollars in increased service fees which I was never notified about. Very disappointing, watch your back.
Bank of America closed all my Checking, savings, Credit Card, and Business accounts without warning, except one and they refuse to close it out .. I have been banking with them since 2008, and without my knowledge and refuse to close the checking account ending in 8057 because it has Many Tens of Thousands of dollars in it and these leaches are making millions in interest and investments from my checking account that they REFUSE to close and send me my cashier check money that they are holding hostage because of their GREED.... read more
I am currently and repeatedly asking Bank of America for their phone number(s) to call from outside the US, since the numbers clearly listed on their webpage, under help, do not work. The bank has refused multiple requests for their own contact information.

The only bank that during pay dates, social security check dates and Saturdays just have 1 teller working for a line of about 25 people and the other ones sitting on their desk doing literally nothing...
BANK OF AMERICA SUCKS I WILL NEVER EVER BANK WITH THEM. My grandmother had 4 account with them and it has been hell trying to close them. I was told they were closed after sitting in the bank on Old national hwy from 11:30 to 5:30 that nothing was closed. I go this morning at 9:00 and leaving at 12:30 these accounts are still not closed JUST STUPID
Bank of America's customer service sucks. Their online system tells me to call them, and you call them and the automated voice garbage system tells you to go online. They really have contempt for their customers.
BOA I have been on hold for over an hour. This bank couldn't care less about their customers. They want to totally automate and just take your money in fees and bull costs.
