Lets start to say that we will never have another credit card with Bank of America. Back in August of 2015 I had called and set up scheduled payments with the girl on the phone. She stated the scheduled payments would be good for 12 months however would be good to contact around the 11th month to set up again if needed. End of July, beginning of August I received a call from BOA stating that ** account was past due. I didn't understand how that was possible when it was on scheduled payments.
