Horrible customer service! The manager by the names of Richard was AWFUL. I will be switching banks first thing tomorrow morning.
It's a horrible shame that this 'bank' is allowing itself to be used as a pawn by a corrupt official like Eric Holder, to attack law abiding citizens, simply because of the perfectly LEGAL way in which they earn their paychecks.
The Bank of America in Rowlett...I stood in line 45 minutes because of only ONE teller working . This is Wrong ... While Two people walked around trying to get you to use the automatic teller . .Why couldn't they just help the ONE teller ...
I have gone to boa branch #0006100 twice to get a document notarized. 1st off, there is no direction on where you need to go for the specific type of service you are seeking because there is no one near the front door to greet you. I had to stand at a podium both times and waited to be greeted then after waiting, I was told both times that a notary was not available. Waste of my time. I had to go pay for the documents to be notarized. This is the only branch that I have encountered poor customer service. Out of all the posit... read more
