We have been Bank of America customers for over 10 years. We have personal and business accounts with the bank. Bank of America frequently updates bank cards, due to merchant security issues, causing hours of updates to automatic transactions. Bank of America is the worst bank within the United States. The day of my brothers death someone stole his ATM card and empty our account. They promised me that they would return my funds but then said to bad. I have tried to cut all tries with this crooked bank and their excuses.
The phone system is always "unusually busy", which appears to stand for "who the heck are you to bother us". The phone tree is insulting. The people who work there are pitiful and powerless.
I have been with Bank of America (business and personal) since 1998 and I can't stand doing banking with them anymore! Their branch hours are ridiculous and when you get there during while they are open they want to force you to use a kiosk. At my local branch they shut down all 4 Drive Thru lanes and replaced it with ONE Kiosk and one ATM. They suck!!
The "job justification" continues at BOA. This recent decision to require customers to use a Deposit Slip when making a deposit has made the slow service even slower. Isn't this why this policy was abandoned in the first place?

BoA is a freakin joke. Charging me for all sorts of made up trash, and then when I take all of my money out and... What I thought was close my account.... Which apparently never went through so I'm getting charged "maintenance fees" which put me in the negative, then get charged "over draft fees". A complete fucking joke of a bank
