MY WIFE AND I GOT JACKED OFF FOR OVER A MONTH FOR A HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT-NEVER BEEN LATE ON ANY PAYMENT AND AFTER A MONTH AND SENDING IN MORE PAPER WORK THAN I HAVE EVER SEEN, THEY TURNED US DOWN. BS ON BOA!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE WILL JUST REFINANCE THE WHOLE DAMN THING WITH ANOTHER LENDER.
7 star luxurious bank
I didn't know that the bank was allowed to not accept change. My mom brought 3 dollars in change (along with thirty more dollars) and they refused to accept it, citing they don't count change. The manager came and was rude to my mother, told her they wouldn't accept that form of currency, and when she asked for his business card, he pointed across the bank and said it's over there. No customer service whatsoever!
VERY disappointed that they are dropping their Windows App support. I just moved several of my accounts over there because of the ability to use my phone with the online system. Interesting that no one mentioned this BEFORE I moved my accounts.
