Consumer beware!!!! Bank of America has the worst customer service and does not stand with their customers. We are lead to believe that the credit card company will help their customers resolve refund/return disputes but this is not the case. Bank of America is just another example of a big corporate company that is only looking out for themselves. I've cancelled all my Bank of America credit cards and accounts and would urge you to do the same. Shameful.
