I came in and ordered take out. This was my second choice as Panera was closed. Yes, I would 100% chose Panera over this place. When I ordered, I was told about 30 minuets. After 55 mins, I asked one of the servers ( who was standing at the bar in her phone) to check on my order. The man next to me ( who had been waiting over an hour) demanded a refund when the told him “just 15-20 more minutes”. The attempted to appease me with a free Thai iced tea. I finally got my food. Delicious food, lovely atmosphere. Staff was understanding with dietary restrictions, food was very vegetarian/vegan friendly.
