HORRIBLE I hate this place. I would not even give it a star but it is required by the website to give at least one. I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever go back to a Banfield again. My dog hates going there as well and that says a lot considering he loves everyone but them. The END!

Banfield The Pet Hospital?? - Stafford is a scam The majority of the front and back office staff have been rude and act as if I am bothering them by bringing my pet there. They consistantly try to overcharge, even when I have purchased the puppy plan. For example when my pet went in for a neuter, they charged me for pre-surgical blood work even when it states that this is covered in the puppy plan. The rep from the puppy plan ended up refunding my money but stated that even after she called them, they refused to follow the w... read more

Great Visit :) I never go out of my way to write a review but I felt it was necessary this time because the Veteriniarian that attended my pet was the biggest sweetheart I had ever met. When she came in the room she took her time to get to know my pet. My pup is very small and timid so I was worried that she would give the vet and vet assistant a hard time however the Veterinarian ( DVM Dechant) went out of her way and sat on the floor with her which made the visit easier for my pet in my opinion. She sat with her and talked... read more

NOT A NICE PLACE I was trying to bring in my sick cat, who was a stray, and they tore into me for not bringing him in earlier, and not having his shots, well sorry, but he was a stray and had ear mites, can you just please give him some ear drops? NOO!! and for my other cats, they were very rude and abrupt, so glad I never signed up for anything, taking my cats to a real vet from now on.

THEY DONT DESERVE TO BE CALLED PROFESSIONALS! I agree with all of the previous reviews, I did not feel like they respected my me or my pet at all. When I checked my sick kitty at the desk I noticed he had soiled the towel at the bottom of the box, I made the women that worked there aware of it and asked her to please throw away towel. I even wrote it down on the paper I signed to please throw away soiled towel.......after a long ans stressful day at the vet my poor cat was placed back in the box right on top of his own feces... read more

Anywhere but here! I took my chihuahua to Banfield for a year and I have been unsatisfied with their service and attitudes on every single occasion that I took my chi there. Unfortunately, I felt pressured into signing a one year agreement with them to save money on their over-priced services and had no choice but to continue with them for a year. First of all, they are completely unfriendly. Second, they don't know what they are doing. They over vaccinated my dog - the poor thing was so tired but was in so much pain that sh... read more

Banfield The Pet Hospital is subpar Terrible staff. Unorganized and very expensive for the quality of service ($250 for a spay). I feel like I'm pushed to buy medicines and unnecessary procedures every time I come in with my healthy dog for boosters. STAY AWAY FROM THE CONTRACT- TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!

Superb Care Our cat was diagnosed with renal disease by a different animal hospital in the area and we were left with little hope for him. When we took him to Banfield in Sunset Hills, almost as a last resort before deciding to put him down, we found a fantastic facility. Every one on their staff who we have met has been extremely caring. We've met both doctors, but have had most of our communication with Dr. Maners. She has taken extra time to explain our choices. At our first appointment with her, she offered several treat... read more

Great experience The doctors at this hospital are very good. I feel very confident in their ability to treat my animals. Dr. Minson is a very good exotics vet and will see just about anything. He is very knowledgable of natural habitats of exotic species and can guide you well with taking care of your pet at home. The previous negative review was not only non descriptive and vague but also outlandish. The staff here are efficient and will help you if you let them. I will comment that they sometimes can seem a little rushed b... read more
