We have been going to Banfield since we got our sweet Addie. Dr. Smith is the absolute best and we absolutely love her. They saved our fur baby's life and we won't be going anywhere else!
Without Compassion or empathy. We had to lay to rest my sister in-laws baby Marley Mae. Multiple times promised to give her time to make the decision and say her goodbyes, met with being asked if she made her decision every 2 to 5 minutes. On top of it, because she made the mistake of admitting she was on a fixed income, payment was demanded before anything was done. Avoid this clinic at all costs.
They have a great team that truly cares about animals!
They really care for their patients. .I will take my other pets here
