Should be No stars. Horrible company gives no crap about their customers. They are only in it for the money. Over charged me for my visit and it's been over 18 days with still no refund. Never give them a penny and petsmart should stop putting their name with that company if they want to keep their good name. The visit in itself was horrible! Spread the Word NOT to use them. Use local vets don't feed into that money hungry business! Not only am I still waiting for the refund but out the money spent since my dog is still sick... read more
My Cletus had an appointment at 8 am for his 8 month check up, as usual we were in and out. Cletus is a big boy, but he doesn't know it lol. He still gets scared around strange dogs and new people, but our tech, Julie was super sweet and gentle with him and Dr. Birmingham was quick and kind. Appt was at 8, we were home by 8:40. Super!
Thank you for making Sir Jake feel like he is Number 1!!!
