Brought my dog in for a drop off appt and was told she'd be done at a particular time, which I needed due to having one be at work at a specific time. I showed up 5 minutes early only to be told that she wouldn't be ready for another 35 minutes (shes been there for 2 hours already), which means that I will be cutting it very close in getting to work on time. All I am saying is dont tell owners their pet will be ready by a certain time and then they are not.
I absolutely love this place. The staff and Doctors are the best!! I live outside of Fayetteville and I bring my fur-baby to them. I was on vacation in Surf City and needed an emergency visit and they did everything possible to see my pet. I have nothing but awesome things to say for this crew, keep up the GREAT work!

Today I had to say goodbye to my 17 year old cat Yoda. Horrible outcome. I am beyond devastated. But the entire staff at Banfield Pet Hospital today was absolutely wonderful! I believe it was Dr. Gonzales, who treated my Yoda. He was so straightforward and caring. Made it a teeny bit easier to get thru a tough time. For today's service, I give you all an A+. Thank you for your care and dignity for my loss <3
They went out of their way to help my injured cat. They stabilized her and called the trauma animal hospital in Wilmington so they would be prepared for her. Awesome care from every single person. Ty again.
When we first moved to Jacksonville, people told us not to come here with our pup. But honestly, I have NOTHING negative to say! I understand some people don't like the contract, but we've never had an issue. It's very affordable for us. The veterinarian's, VT/VA, and the rest of the staff here has always been so nice and helpful with us and our pup! Absoutley great service. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. So glad we went here!! Got a wellness plan and my dog was vaccinated and tested the same day. We even scheduled her to get spayed (surgery) in a month. Dr. Smith was my dogs veterinarian, loved her and she was super friendly to us and my dog. Overall great service, highly recommend ��
