The doctor prescribed a medicine in a strength that doesn't even exist. I have been trying since last night to talk to someone to find out how much medicine I should give him and what she actually meant to write. It has been 23 hours and I have not yet been able to talk with anyone who can help me. Shameful!!!
I can’t group all the Banfields together, but this location has been outstanding. Especially the young ladies at the counter/techs. And I love the plan!! We have been members for going on 10 years.
Everyone at this location is not only so friendly but also caring and understanding! I have had two cats on wellness plans for 2 Years now and I have referred many other family members to join the wellness plans. I don’t normally write reviews on Facebook but the staff has been so amazing to work with that I wanted to make sure other people knew how great this location is.
The vets were friendly and listened to my concerns and did bloodwork and figured out that my baby had a skin infection. The only problem I have with them is I can never get her in when I need to and if I have to take her on a Sunday I can't because they're closed so I am forced to take her to the er vet and pay outrageous prices even though we have a wellness plan.
Overpriced, Doctor lied right to our faces we felt hustled. Thanks for the life lessons I could've lived without
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. This was our first visit here, we just moved to Michigan from PA. All of Ranger's file along with his 12 year history, and current meds were already transferred from my old location in PA when I arrived. I also received a call this morning to see how Ranger was feeling! I highly recommend Banfield Hospital to all my friends with pets. Thank you for taking such great care of Ranger!
