The employees of this Banfield have shown my four animals more patience and caring than I could ask for!!! Four different vets asked me not to bring my cat Ginger back because of her aggressive tendencies, but the ladies at Oak Forest got her to purr and cuddle! Not only checking her physical well being but my cat’s mental well being as an individual! LOVE YOU LADIES!!!! THANK YOU!!!
They always are so nice and loving to my dog and to me. I have brought my dog in for an emergency and they were very efficient. I will be a lifelong customer. Best program for your pet. Wellness plan is great. After the first year I have not had to come out of pocket for any routine vet appointments/checkups

I always have a great experience at Banfield Pet Hospital, yesterday I saw a new Doctor and she was so pleasant, kind and very helpful, Gwen the vet tec is awesome along with the new girls out front.. they are very helpful even if you dont have an appointment.. now I need to figure how to put the app on my cell.. a great place to take my dogs, my sister takes her cats also.. excellent.. keep up the great work
Please. For the love of god. If you love your pets and want to see them recover, do not go to Banfield. Theyre nothing but crooks who set your pet up to keep coming back over and OVER just for that extra 300 bucks per visit. They urged towards surgery or euthanization on my cat near the end who, was told at a different vet, that he could most definitely be saved with no risk. HE DIDNT EVEN NEED SURGERY.
