Great workers n efficient
Do not do the optimum wellness plan it is not worth the money. Also if your dog dies while on the plan and did not get all of the services they will consider the vet visits as how much you owe and still have you pay the rest even though they are considered free. They do not even allow you to go back with your dog that has anxiety as well.
I have a lot of evidence that proves Dr. Chapman and Banfield.is not capable of treating your pet..family member for anything beyond the basics. Chapman helped a crazy person steal my baby girl. Not an ex..just a lady with extreme mental illness. Chapman knows who Betsy belonged to. Chapman knew I was about to expose her malpractice and lack of ethics so she chose to play party to the theft of my dog. Dr. and I hate calling her that..Dr. Chapman is retarded...at best. Treated... I had to take my 15 year old yellow lab, Marley, to Banfield in May because he was ready to go. It was a super difficult decision for me, as he had been my constant companion since I was 10. The staff made him- and me- so comfortable. They let me take all the time I needed to say good-bye, they spoiled him in his last moments, and they let me sit with him for as long as I needed. I was immediately greeted upon arrival and the staff listened to my needs and I only signed on things that I agreed to have administered to my dog. I felt that the service provided was great and I was completely satisfied with the instructions of the meds provided. I felt that the charge for service and medication was fair.
