Banfield in Springfield, Missouri is taking care of my 12 year old blue heeler Buddy. They do a great job.
We have been with Banfield for over four years. Most of those four years have been great, until their corporate store bought out the only Banfield in Springfield MO and rehired most of the staff. Now they won't let us stay in the room with our animals for a comprehensive exam. We have to drop our animals off. I don't care how long it takes. These might be animals to you, but these are our fur babies. Many people consider their animals part of the family. The staff was amazing. They had been seeing our girl for about a year. They helped making putting her down due to cancer alot easier. Thank you for all of your compassion and being there for us.
They don't care about your fur kids...go elsewhere. I called to get my sick kitty in on Saturday and was told they didn't have the time to see her.......wow.....unbelievable!! I've been going here since adopting my girls 20 years ago.
