The dr or a tech made sure I knew what was going on with my furry one the entire time he was there. because I was worried about worms they were able to get him fit in as an emergancy. tmTook back in n for a follow up and again the dr came out and explained what they were going to be doing and such and just making sure I didnt have any questions. All the care providers are excellent. However, Dr Whittington is our primary care provider and she is wonderful. I have 3 cats and a dog and she has provided excellent care to all of them. She discovered my cat had a baby tooth that never came out with the permanent tooth growing behind it. She found it early enough that it didn't become a major problem. I had noticed she was losing a little weight and that she didn't eat the dry food at the same time as the other two cats. I just figured she went in later and ate when they ... read more

I signed up for the optimum wellness plan when I brought my pup in for his first checkup. It hardly covers anything and I was told I could cancel at any time. Wasnt given paperwork, just a tiny pamphlet that tells about the plan...and doesn't mention a contract. Now I go to cancel months later and they say if you cancel before the year is up they're going to charge you anyway because it's supposedly a contract(which I wasn't told). I am VERY ticked. Having medical problems of my own and these people don't give a darn. I'll b... read more
