The staff and doctor were welcoming and thorough. They went over all the paperwork, my options, what to expect, and treated my four-legged patient like a king.
Dr Arens at Banfield West is the Best Vet I have ever had for my cats ❣ He is the most knowledgable caring and compassionate Vet I have ever had in 50'years of owning cats! I love this hospital. They are all so kind and great with all animals. This is the only place that I know of that deals with hamsters. I highly recommend taking your fur babies here. We have hamsters and they were so kind when we lost our Beloved Whiskers. They allowed us to bring her to them so they could send her to her final resting place. Thank you!
This place is awesome! They were wonderful with our two dogs! The staff is amazing! Wish we would have found it sooner!
This is the BEST place ever. Today I was picking up my kitten that had been declawed and neutered and they took such amazing care of him. I have 3 wellness plans through them and think that they are amazing. Dr. Van Giesson, Jessica, all the other people do everything they can for us. Truly an amazing vet and will continue to go through them for anything that I may need.
