My wife contacted this location to complete a health certificate for our upcoming move to Japan. She talk to them on the phone at least 4 times to make sure they could complete it. Just had the appointment today. Our dog was healthy to begin, no issues. We were charged $435 and they do not have a USDA certified vet that could endorse it. We have to go to Topeka to get the endorsement. What a way to treat a military family.
