I love this place! All of the doctors are caring and kind. My senior (14 y/o) dog has been on a Wellness Plan for almost 8 years and he's living a great life because of the preventative and urgent care provided by Dr. Calvert, Dr. Van Gieson, Dr. Ahrens and Dr. Berry (and let's not mention the ton of money I've saved). When I got my rescue boy in April I brought him right to Banfield to get on a plan. Dr Van Gieson and her entire team couldn't be more wonderful! YES. A perfect 5! � I'm very happy that I switched the care of my very Senior dog to them.
Scheduled an appointment over a week ago for 630. Standard check and one shot. The appointments were running late - so late it is now 720 and just now able to leave! Horrible service. What's the point of an appointment. Glad they didn't have to deal with the fussy baby or young child waiting in the vehicle while this was done!
Very kind special services for my 2 dogs, 2 cats, often with following calls for their care, concerns which I have appreciated very much for approximately 3 yrs now, like the staffing of appointments, reminder letters, cards sent to my house, flea & petfood coupons are especially nice to have on hand. Birthday greetings also are great, thank you all!!
They were wonderful.. Treated my dog like they really cared... And that is very important
I have my pug Baloo on a plan here with Dr Arens. They take amazing care of my fur baby when he needs to go in for a service! Everyone there has amazing customer service and is so convenient being located in our favorite pet store at Petsmart! 🐶🐾💙
