The Doctors and vet tech team are very loving and compassionate. They even remember your pet and comment on their personality traits. For example Lilly is mouthy and loud. They might say “hello little mouthy”. I love it. They make your pet feel safe.

I called Banfield because my poor old dog had a stroke. They suggested I take him to the shelter to be gassed because they were all booked up for the day. Really compassionate. I will never use this company again for my pet care needs.
