They take wonderful care of my pets....been with them for 5 yrs now.
I think that this Banfield way over books appointments. You sign up for their wellness plan and something of a slight emergency happens and even though you have 4 dogs on four wellness plans and this is your regular Vet they will absolutely not see you. They want to refer you to another location and none of them are close by! I find this absurd. This is just bad business in my opinion. Was there yesterday they did a great job little pricey but my babey is worth it love my �
Had a great experience here. I was a walk in and within 30 minutes, the vet saw my cat. Giving them 4 stars only because the new hire desk lady was still in training and couldn't find my record. But, we all have to go through training in our lives.
I took my Ginger there and they were so wonderful! They took as a walk-in because my baby had an injury to her "bum-bum." Her tail was sprained and they took such good care of her. Thank you so much!!!
My dog has the plan. It is awesome. I will not go anywhere else. I have been taking my dog here for 5 years. All the workers are amazing. Any negative comments is probably you not keeping checkups as you are suppose to for your Animals. They get sick too fast. My dog has a heart murmur that has gotten better. And a skin condition that this facility is always on top of. I have Family and Friends that have never had a problem.
The staff was kind and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
