I want my pets' doctors to seem a little more engaged in their care, and to provide better and more in-depth summaries of their care and visits. I've raised specific concerns regarding their health, enumerating clear symptoms of distress, and have beem brushed off and had concerning samples disregarded.
RecommendedBeen going here for years. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The Optimum Wellness Plans can't be beat especially for puppies/kittens!

My heart is so happy! After having a tragic loss of my first puppy after seven years Monday. Recieving a thoughful card with her paw print truly made me smile but cry so hard. I'm so thankful for you guys. Thank you so much for taking care of my "snowball"
They are the most compassionate Veterinarian service we have ever been associated with. When we had to put our dog to sleep we noticed that our vet had tears welling up in her eyes. It proved to us that our dog whom we loved very much had touched her and the entire staff.
They are so great with my sweet cats. They calm my girls and make it less scary. They are helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much
They are so nice and accommodating at Banfield. We have had a few emergencies and they have always gotten us in with no problem. The staff is so friendly.
