Friendly staff, but the end result was wrong. Our cat was vomiting. Blood tests and stool tests were recommended. We opted to wait instead of spending an extra $300. We later had an X-Ray of our cat, which was not mentioned at this place. There was a total blockage caused by a swallowed battery. I don't blame this place for my cat now being deceased (it was my fault for not acting a day sooner at a different facility). However, the recommendations here were not correct.
I scheduled my dog for a nail trim. This is what I got afterwards. Was quoted $16.99 for a nail trim. Never asked for an exam (he just had one). The additional restraint was her holding him wrapped in a blanket (I had already given him composure treats and melatonin). Never was I told of all these additional charges. NEVER again, $82 for a nail trim!?!?!!
RecommendedDr. Ede and the entire staff have been wonderful! We got our first dog almost 8 months ago from Pet Smart. Marco has been the light in our lives. Unfortunately though we found out he has lung cancer. Breaks my heart ❤️ but Banfield has been great with helping us help him. Thank you to all the staff. Also the Wellness Plan has been a life saver.
