We love the vets and the staff at this location, but corporate is horrible. They won't contact you if there's an issue on your acct, they just send you to collections, and expect you to pay. It's not going to happen. It was nice to work with Dr Li, but I can't work with a company that won't work with me to get things straightened out. Have called their corporate office multiple times, and their response is the same, they refuse to escalate it to a supervisor no matter how nice I am.

It's very laid back and your pet can really relax there, also I love the care that they give, from the Vet all the way down to all the staff. I drive all the way over from Irving to their location.
Great location, great staff. Love that its not in a Pet Smart and is very easy to get to.
