My dog was brought in today for abdominal pain and scooting . His chart was mixed up and instead of receiving care they gave him a rabies shot( that I did not authorize) He was already current on all his shots . So now I have a lethargic dog , still not feeling well that was also vaccinated today .
As with any 'chain' location, the people make or break the consumer experience. The staff at Banfield Murphy Canyon are caring and wonderful, and will go out of the way to work with you on difficult animals (I have one cat who does _not_ like going there, and will go out of her way to be sure everyone knows it).
