Their app is a scam, it doesn’t update you on labs. And the desk staff are incompetent, at all the San Diego locations. Like it’s a vet in a petco you’d think they’d be able to answer a call? But I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes after paying hundreds of dollars for labs and not getting results in over a week.

Worst place ever for vet care! If you take your pet to Banfield don’t do the wellness plan! It’s a 12 month contract! With auto 12 months renewal! Look at the google reviews! These people don’t care about animals. They care about $$$! You can get great care at a low cost clinic! When you find a vet that worries about the animal first that’s a great provider!
We have always had a wonderful experience at this Bainfield. Little Bobby will be our 4th pet here. Dr. Hummer is our favorite vet, she is very compassionate and cognizant of the cost of treatment. She will give you a ballpark figure so you know what you are getting into when choosing a treatment plan - I have never had a vet do that before. Top notch service.

Dr. Hummer is amazing!! She is so understanding and compassionate. The staff was caring and showed concern for our pup who ended up passing away due to cancer. I was so impressed by the way Dr. Hummer took care of my boy that I decided to sign up my second pup for a wellness plan. I'm so grateful for everything Dr. Hummer did for our boy.
