I like Banfield. Ever since my Winki, was a puppy the staff has takin good care of her. Yesterday I took Winki in to get checked nd the staff nd doctors were nice nd explained everything clearly to my understanding.
My dog came back from her comprehensive exam with a limp and strange behavior. She has been making sounds that my roommates have never heard her make since she has come back. They don't have doctors available to speak to and the doctor didn't even call me back. I had to leave a message after business hours. I don't doubt that they love animals. The staff made our experience of saying goodbye to our bestfriend a painless, and memorable one. A nice touch was a candle that was lit as soon as the staff knew we had arrived for comfort care measures, a simple gesture but yet highly appreciated. Thank you!
